What does your team receive at the end of the assessment? A complete Assessment Report (typically 40–80 pages) with the full systems map, data flows, identified gaps, and recommendations. An executive presentation for management. A compliance map covering GDPR and data sovereignty risks.
Do you need a CRM already in place to start? No. The Complexity Map is useful whether your organization already runs a CRM or not. If there's no CRM yet, the assessment includes a fit evaluation against the leading platforms.
How much involvement does your team need to commit? Interviews with the owners of the main systems (IT, operations, CRM owner, finance) — typically 4–8 hours spread across the first weeks. We handle the rest of the work.
Is your organization required to continue with Rhei after the assessment? No. The Complexity Map delivers value independently of who carries out the initiatives. The report is yours, the roadmap is yours. No lock-in.
Which systems can you map? Any system holding customer data: CRM, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, custom systems), back-office systems, eCommerce, data warehouse, Excel sheets. Boomi has more than 600 native connectors — but the assessment covers everything.
