Integrations aren't "set and forget." The golden record isn't either.

Integrations and the golden record are never static. Systems change, volumes grow, new requirements emerge. Without proactive monitoring, data quality degrades, integrations break, AI agents lose effectiveness. And often no one notices until the damage is already visible to the business.

WHAT WE DO

Five distinct responsibilities. One modular contract.

Integration monitoring and maintenance - We monitor every integration in production: uptime, anomalies, performance, SLAs. We step in before the problem becomes visible to the business. We handle both Boomi Enterprise Platform integrations and custom ones: PHP/Laravel connectors, proprietary APIs, custom-built middleware. All under the same SLA, with the same monthly report.

Golden record data quality - We monitor golden record quality continuously: completeness, consistency, freshness, deduplication. We act proactively when quality drops below threshold. A golden record doesn't maintain itself: it requires constant oversight.

Continuous compliance oversight - Every integration that carries personal data is an active compliance risk. We check that flows respect the configured legal bases, verify that retention policies are applied, and update documentation whenever a system changes. For flows with extra-EU transfers, we keep the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR up to date.

Recurring enrichment (where active) - If the B2B Intelligence service is live, we run the recurring enrichment with Clay: the database refreshes itself every day, drawing from over 100 external sources. This module is optional and is activated only for clients who already run B2B Intelligence.

AI agent optimization - We monitor AI agent performance in production, update the rules, and extend autonomy when the KPIs allow. The HITL log is part of the monthly report.

Governance included:
continuous compliance monitoring. Monthly governance report: audit trail, anomalies, data quality, AI agent performance, HITL escalation log.

Onboarding and scope
We define the scope: which integrations (Boomi and custom), which SLAs for each one, the state of the golden record, AI agents in production. We configure monitoring and alerts.

Real-time monitoring
Every integration, every sync, every anomaly is tracked. We step in before the problem becomes visible. Custom integrations are watched with the same priority as those running on Boomi.

Continuous optimization
Rule updates, new flows, custom connector maintenance, broader autonomy for AI agents. Recurring enrichment keeps the database alive, where active.

Monthly report
A full governance report: data quality, integration performance, AI agent status, anomalies handled, HITL log, recommendations for the following month.

How is this different from Ongoing CRM Management? CRM Management covers the HubSpot platform: workflows, campaigns, adoption. This service covers the integrations, the golden record, enrichment, and AI agents. They're complementary: many clients run both.
Do you handle custom integrations too, not just Boomi? Yes. We maintain custom connectors (proprietary environment with multiple enterprise projects, proprietary APIs, custom-built middleware) under the same SLAs and the same level of monitoring. If your organization runs custom-built integrations, we step into your ecosystem with your own logic.
Is Clay included in the service? Clay enrichment is an optional module, active only for clients who already run the B2B Intelligence service. It isn't part of the baseline integrations management.
What does the monthly governance report include? Status of every integration (Boomi and custom), golden record data quality, AI agent performance, HITL log, anomalies handled, recommendations. It's the dashboard for technical and operational management.
How do the SLAs work? Three tiers based on criticality: critical (4h response / 8h resolution), high (8h / 24h), medium (24h / 72h). Your team and ours define the criticality together during onboarding, based on each integration's business impact.
Can new integrations be added over time? Yes. The ecosystem grows with your organization. Every new integration, Boomi or custom, comes under monitoring and SLAs without starting from scratch.
